RoofClimb Operations Manager (Full-time)

The RoofClimb Operations Manager will be responsible for the ongoing operation of the RoofClimb experience and overseeing the daily function of the RoofClimb Centre. This position provides the opportunity to be directly involved in the development of strategies and implementation of procedures directly related to RoofClimb Adelaide Oval.

What you'll be doing

  • Managing day-to-day operations of RoofClimb, ensuring seamless functionality.
  • Leading and supporting our team of dedicated RoofClimb Leaders to deliver unforgettable experiences for up to 14 participants per climb.
  • Collaborating with our Tourism Manager to identify and capitalise on business development opportunities.
  • Overseeing maintenance of equipment and adherence to safety standards, ensuring the safety of both our team and participants.
  • Shaping the RoofClimb culture, fostering a spirit of fun, performance, and teamwork.
  • Coordinating group, corporate, and media RoofClimb events, including performing risk assessments and mitigation.
  • Development and implementation of SOPs throughout the RoofClimb Centre and wider RoofClimb team in line with WHS compliance. Performing daily safety audits of all equipment; walkways and access areas.

  • Ability to maintain high workloads and meet deadlines within specified time frames, driving team members to reach the same.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to clearly communicate with all stakeholders.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the success of RoofClimb Adelaide Oval.

Applications

Please note that out of hours work will be a requirement of this role, in line with the business operations of Adelaide Oval. This includes weekend work and working on Major Event Days at Adelaide Oval or the surrounding associated venues.
