Event Day Car Park Attendants (Casual)
The Adelaide Oval Event Day team have a number of exciting opportunities for Casual Car Park Attendants to join us for major events at Adelaide Oval.
Our Event Day Attendants contribute to the delivery of successful, enjoyable and safe events for all patrons attending Adelaide Oval by providing excellent customer service.
As an Event Day Car Park Attendant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks across a number of operational areas including:
- Providing excellent customer service to all patrons and visitors;
- Monitoring and guiding traffic management within the car park;
- Ensuring the car park is clean, safe and operates efficiently at all times;
- Reporting any incidents and events accurately;
- Ensuring that car park's standard operating procedures and processes are followed at all times;
- Awareness and monitoring of the environment with respect to crowd behavior, safety and security.
- Assisting with car park set up and pack down as required.
Prerequisites
- Traffic Marshaling certification.
- Willing and able to stand for long periods of time (minimum 3 hours) outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Outstanding customer service.
- The ability to engage positively with all patrons and provide clear and concise instructions in a friendly manner.
- Reliability and punctuality for shifts.
- Availability to work all major event days (primarily weekends) at the Adelaide Oval.
Demonstrated experience in the following would be highly regarded:
- Customer service experience.
- Confident use of EFTPOS.
- Problem solving and dealing with difficult situations.
- Working autonomously.
