Casual Chefs and Cooks

• Major Event & Game Days.

Our fun kitchen brigade is calling for 'all hands on prep' to work at our iconic Adelaide Oval. 

We are opening the gates to welcome a number of trade-qualified Chefs and Cooks in a casual capacity. With a modern kitchen and fresh, quality produce to work with, you will be helping to deliver high-end quality menus to both our functions team and corporate clients.

If you choose to kick goals and hit sixes with this crew, you can expect the following:

• Bulk food prep (be prepared to chop, cut, peel and wash!).
• Work at a variety of onsite and offsite locations.
• Delivery of à la carte, banquets and other contemporary menus.
• Fully supplied and laurnered uniforms.

To to be successful in gaining one of these roles, you must have the following:

• Applicable trade qualifications, must be provided for a Chef position. 
• Basic Food Hygiene/Food Safety qualifications (mandatory).
• RSA (desirable)
• Relevant experience.
• Availability to work major event days at the Adelaide Oval (check the 'What's On' section of the the website).
• Ability to follow reasonable instructions in a safe and timely manner.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• A positive 'can do' attitude and team approach.
• Demonstrated reliability and punctual attendance in your past employment.
