Café All Rounder & Barista – Permanent Part-Time

We are looking for PPT All Rounders and Baristas to join our busy Koffee Ink Café Team working on a rotating roster, including our major event days. This position is ideal for someone looking for a permanent position who is looking for approximately 25 - 35 hours per week, depending on business requirements. Please take a look at the 'what's on' section on our website to ensure you can service the lineup of entertainment coming to Adelaide Oval. The Koffee Ink Café is located at the Adelaide Oval. It is a busy café operating Monday through Friday, with the addition of major events at Adelaide Oval and around the River Torrens precinct.  

We are looking for those with:

  • Café food service experience.
  • Front-of-house experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Exceptional customer service and the ability to champion our brand. 
  • Food preparation and hygiene knowledge.
  • Barista experience advantageous. 
  • POS and EFTPOS experience.

To be successful, you will have:

  • Full Australian working rights with the ability to work out of hours including weekends when required. 
  • A Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
  • Food Safety knowledge. 
  • Excellent customer service.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fun, can-do attitude, and excellent communication and listening skills.

Please note that some out-of-hours work will be a requirement of this role, in line with the business operations of Adelaide Oval. This includes weekend work and working on Major Event Days at Adelaide Oval or the surrounding associated venues.
