Monarto Safari Park Cafe - Hospitality Attendant - Part Time

As a Hospitality Attendant, you'll be serving up smiles (and snacks!) to our guests, whether they’re here for the lions or just a latte. You’ll be keeping things clean, moving fast, and making sure every visitor leaves with a full belly and a happy heart.  The café operates 7 days per week all year round, with school holidays and summer months being peak operational periods. The successful candidate will be flexible with their working days and hours on a rotating roster and be able to meet the demands of our busy peak periods, with a minimum of 30 hours a fortnight.

What you will be working on:
  • Brewing barista coffees with flair
  • Preparing and serving delicious food and drinks
  • Keeping the café sparkling and stocked
  • Handling customer queries with a grin (even when they're hangry)
  • Working as part of a tight-knit team to keep service running smoothly
What you will bring:
  • A love for people, food, and fun!
  • Hospitality or café experience (bonus if you can carry three plates at once)
  • A calm and friendly attitude under pressure
  • Flexibility to work weekends and school holidays – it’s our busiest time!
What's in it for you

While working at Monarto, you’ll be rewarded for contributing to the delivery of World Class events through our suite of reward and recognition initiatives. To help you kick goals while working with us, you’ll have access to staff benefits including:
  • Attractive above award hourly rate
  • Be part of a close-knit, supportive team
