About the Role:
You’ll take ownership of Adelaide Oval’s ticketing operations, leading the planning, delivery, and performance of our ticketing program. Managing the Ticketing Coordinator, you’ll collaborate with event hirers, stakeholders, and clubs to deliver seamless ticketing experiences across all events.
Using data-driven insights, you’ll optimise sales, refine processes, and enhance every stage of the customer journey. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values precision, and service, and enjoys working collaboratively across teams and external partners.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and mentor the ticketing team to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence.
- Oversee all event builds, ticket allocations, box office operations, and post-event reporting.
- Partner with major stakeholders, including clubs, promoters and ticketing suppliers, to deliver seamless, accessible ticketing experiences.
- Analyse ticketing and sales data to provide insights that shape pricing, marketing, and sales strategies.
- Manage pricing models, ticket release phases, and inventory to drive revenue and attendance.
- Champion innovation, accessibility and continuous improvement across all ticketing systems and processes.
